Kevin Harner

A graduate of Littlestown High School and Wilmington College, he excelled in basketball and baseball. He led Littlestown’s basketball team to the 1978 division title with a school record for points scored and led the league in scoring. At the time, his .534 batting average set a Littlestown record. At Wilmington, he was an NAIA Baseball All-American for two years, winning the batting title in 1983. He was first-team all-conference for four years, named to the East Coast Area team three years, and was the East Coast Player of the Year in 1983. He returned to Littlestown and, starting in 1978, led the town team to 12 straight South Penn crowns, as well as earning League MVP and triple crown honors. He was also a member of the Eagles’ state softball championship teams in 1982 and 1983.
