As a senior, Mark was named to the Associated Press small school All-State team. Mark was also a member of the Squires’ 1989 State Championship basketball team. Mark went on to play football at Lehigh University where, as a sophomore, he led the Patriot League in punt return yardage, and as a junior he led the league and was fourth in Division I-AA in scoring.
