Caitlin’s collegiate playing experience came at East Stroudsburg University where she was a 4 year starter from 2007 to 2010. She as a National Field Hockey Coaches Association All-American and All-Pennsylvania State Conference first team performer as a Junior, scoring 19 goals, 8 assists, 2 hat tricks, and 4 consecutive games with 2 or more goals. Overall, In 81 collegiate contests, Brownley scored 38 goals and had 18 assists for 94 career points to rank fourth In the country In points per game. She later served ESU’s graduate assistant coach In 2012. In 2013, Caitlin was an assistant coach at Dickinson College and then moved on to Shippensburg University where, as an assistant, she helped the school to two national championships. In 2017 she was hired as an assistant coach at West Chester University, a team that was the 2017 PSAC Champion. At Biglerville High School she led the team to a divisional championship and was named player-of-the-year by the Gettysburg Times and the Hanover Evening Sun.
