Previously elected to the South Central PA Sports Hall of Fame, Gloria was a standout basketball, softball, and field hockey player at New Oxford High School and West Chester University. Her previous accolades as a senior athlete include Florida Athletic Club Female Field Hockey Athlete of the Year in 2002 and USAIF Female Field Hockey Athlete of the Year in 2004.
